Delivery of Products

Q-Imaging makes every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner.

For orders shipped by air, goods should be received next day. However please be aware that there are limitations on air freight consignments including size and weight.
For orders shipped by road, please ask our customer service representatives for an approximate ETA. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses.
Deliveries are made only on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated shipping times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order.

If delivery is attempted and no-one is available to accept goods the following options may apply:
A card may be left so you can collect the order from your local Post Office
Notification may be left requesting you to telephone the carrier to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.

With prior notice, Q-Imaging is able to arrange an “Authority to Leave” which enables couriers to leave goods on the premises without a signatory.
Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery
