Terms and Conditions


    These conditions of sale are deemed to apply to all sales by Q-Imaging Australia Pty Ltd (QI) to its customers unless they are specifically varied in writing by QI. These conditions of sale cannot be construed to apply to purchases made by QI.


    Purchase orders placed by any person, or in any firm or company through its employees, whether in writing, verbally or via the Q-Imaging website are deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions.


    Unless otherwise expressly stated by QI in writing, all goods will be charged at the prices ruling on the date the purchase order is accepted and are subject to the applicable taxes. Prices include standard packing where applicable but the cost of any special or export packing shall be to the customer's account.


    Account customers require payment before the end of the month following the month of invoice (net 30 days), unless otherwise expressly arranged in writing. However QI reserves the right to require payment in advance or cash on delivery to any customer.


    Risk in the goods shall pass on delivery but legal and equitable title shall remain with QI until it has received payment in full for those goods. Pending such payment the customer shall hold the goods as Bailee for QI and shall return the goods to QI if so requested. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer as fiduciary may sell or deal with the goods in the ordinary course of its business whereupon the bailment shall immediately terminate. The customer shall, if so required, identify the goods as belonging to QI. The customer irrevocably authorises QI at any time to enter and reclaim goods not fully paid for from on any premises owned or occupied or used for storage by the customer.


    Q-Imaging Returns Policy

    All claims are to be made via our website www.q-imaging.com.au


    Q-Imaging is committed to customer satisfaction. If you have a change of mind or have made the incorrect purchase choice simply return it to us within 30 days , and we will happily exchange or refund subject to the following conditions. All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition.

    1. 1When returning goods please ensure you pack them inside a satchel or box & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition so that the product cannot be resold there may be a chance that we will not accept your return. We cannot refund goods that have been used or opened.
    2. We will not pay the freight for having these goods returned
    3. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the value of the goods
    4. If the goods are not a regularly stocked product by Q-Imaging, the amount of any credit issued will reflect our ability and cost to return the goods to our supplier.
    Faulty Returns

    If you have a faulty item please first complete our online RA returns form via our website www.q-imaging.com.au. Q-Imaging reserves the right to either replace, repair or refund any products found to be faulty.

    We will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours to advise if we need the faulty item returned to us or if we require any further information.

    If the goods are required to be returned to Q-Imaging, you will be emailed an eParcel Returns shipping slip to be placed on the item to be returned to Q-Imaging.

    We will credit any faulty product if it is found to be defective due to a problem caused by its manufacture, within one year of purchase, and not fit for the purpose under normal consumer use conditions.

    Any goods returned to Q-Imaging that were not purchased from Q-Imaging or returned to Q-Imaging without prior approval will automatically be rejected. These goods will incur all collection and return freight costs.


    Q-Imaging Compatible or Remanufactured Product Warranty

    All QI comaptible or remanufactured products are fully warranted against factory defects and include replacement free of charge, or a refund at of the current price, depending on the individual situation, for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. The above warranty excludes damages due to negligence and excludes genuine products. Proof of purchase must be submitted for all claims under warrantee.

    Genuine OEM Product Warranty

    Q-Imaging sells and distributes genuine OEM products and Q-imaging will credit or replace genuine OEM products that are found to be faulty within 60 days of purchase, however Q-Imaging may at its sole discretion require confirmation of a fault and or replacement of that product by the genuine manufacturer before issuing any credit or replacement, please be aware this process may take longer than normal.

    If you have a concern about a genuine OEM product please call Q-Imaging to confirm what information is needed to action an RA. Proof of purchase must be submitted for all claims under warranty.


    As a customer of QI you give permission to be included on our regular email broadcasts which will update you with the latest product, pricing and general industry information.


    It is important that any Q-Imaging customers or potential customers understand the following in relation to Ink and Toner Cartridges.

    1. Non Genuine Q-Imaging products including Kyocera Non Genuine products and all other OEM Non Genuine or compatible products offered by Q-Imaging are not manufactured by or on behalf of Kyocera or any OEM company and Q-Imaging is not authorised and does not have the approval of Kyocera or any OEM company to promote or offer for sale Non-Genuine or compatible cartridges.
    2. Q-Imaging has no affiliation what so ever with any OEM company including Kyocera and is not an authorised reseller for any of them. Please be aware that the use of Non-Genuine Kyocera or other OEM Non Genuine or Compatible products will not automatically void the manufacturer’s warranty, although if a malfunction is found to be caused by the use of Non-Genuine or compatible consumables, the repair may not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

    Brand names and trademarks are for descriptive purposes only and are the property of their respective owners.


    Delivery occurs when Products leave Q-Imaging’s warehouse , either by collection by you or by delivery as requested. Delivery times are provide by the various freight transportation companies and any change or variation to those times is the responsibility of the freight companies. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse and you have been sent the dispatch notification, the full responsibility for that order is yours.

    Please note that when Products are re-delivered or are returned to Q-Imaging (returned to sender) for various reasons, such as your customer refuses delivery, a signature is required at delivery but there is no-one available to sign,  the address provided is wrong,  Q-Imaging is charged for each additional attempt. These charges we have no control over.  You will be invoiced for the actual cost of the additional delivery, the charge for a re-delivery and / or a "Return to Sender" may take up to 4 weeks to appear on your account and can be more than the original delivery charge. You agree to reimburse Q-Imaging for all such additional delivery costs.
